- Ya Slirp is Cool, I was going to use it, I have it all compiled and whatnot, I
- go and ask my ISP about the News&Email server Info, and they sayed MLINK,
- SLIRP and a couple others couldn't be used on the system! Don't know why, I
- had been using MLINK for quite some time, though they allow TIA. So I'm using
- TIA now, Sharware of $30, 2 week Demo of the program. You can Order the
- software on there Web Page and get the keyfile quite QUICK, Wish MUI was like
- that. I can pretty much do ANYTHING I want with my Cheap Shell account.
- The Up and Comming TIA 2.1 version is suppost to support RealAudio, I'll have
- to give that a try when it's out.
-
- I'm using a CSLIP connection for the Amiga, and a PPP connection for
- Shapeshifter though TIA. Since I have UNLIMITED Hours online with a SHELL
- account, and have to pay by the hour for a real SLIP/PPP account besides the
- higher monthly FEE, TIA was well worth it. But Hey, SLIRP will pretty much do
- everything you need to do anyway, and it's FREE. If your ISP doesn't say
- anything about using it, and you don't tell them, what the hell.
